Description
CoVa Cocktail is officially back featuring Waterman Spirits and will take place at Rivers Casino Portsmouth on May 14, 2025 from 6-9 pm.
Competing mixologists from various local restaurants will have the chance to present their best libation using one of Waterman Spirits' premium vodkas: The Organic Vodka, Organic Grapefruit, or The Perfect Crush. Guests can taste each cocktail and vote on their favorites while enjoying delicious bites from Rivers Casino Restaurants and enjoying music from our DJ partner.
That's not all... Each mixologist will also present their concoction to our elite judges panel who will score the beverages using a detailed criteria scoring system. The winner will be awarded at the end of the event.
